1 Introduction

Baji Affiliates (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and across South Asia. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Baji Affiliates.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and registered users will be notified through the appropriate channels should any changes be made.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with Baji Affiliates, you must meet the following conditions:

3 Account Management

Keeping your Baji Affiliates account secure is your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• Keep your account information up to date – outdated or incorrect details may cause issues with payment processing.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for more than 12 months) may be subject to an inactivity fee.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on Baji Affiliates:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, in special circumstances — such as a match being cancelled or postponed — a refund may be issued.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is placed are final.
• Baji Affiliates reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• The maximum bet limit per event is displayed on the platform. Bets exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or inside information is illegal and strictly forbidden.

For betting on cricket, football, or any other sport, the relevant international rules of that sport also apply. In the case of any disputed outcome, the decision of Baji Affiliates shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji Affiliates and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in any form of hacking.
• Fraudulent behaviour or harassment of other users.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

Your account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• Upon a voluntary self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

You may also close your account yourself by emailing our support team. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance before closure, but bonus balances will not be refunded.

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from betting activity.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account password or personal information.
